Placing an Order
To review what is available simply browse the online catalogue. When you have arrived at the item you wish to order, enter the quantity you desire and click on "Order". You will then be asked to provide us with your shipping and payment (Credit Card or PayPal) info. Once your credit card details are verified (usually takes around 6 seconds) we can pack your order and post it out to you! Postage
Postage varies based on what is in your order. Ranging from $2 - $5 for Australian orders. Postage is calculated at checkout before you make your final confirmation. As soon as payment is confirmed and orders are processed we expect orders to be delivered by Australia Post within 10 working days.
International orders also vary on postage costs based on what is in your order. Ranging from $4 - $10 ($10 would only be if you ordered more than one CD or Membership pack). Delivery times may vary depending upon location but should typically arrive within 15 - 21 working days
GST
Our products are liable for GST in Australia. Additionally, all postage costs in Australia are liable for 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). International orders are not affected by GST and do not have to pay it.
Halted Orders/Refunds/Returns
Should we be unable to fill your order for any reason, we will contact you within two working days with full details and inquire how you would like your order to proceed.
We are not responsible for damage after delivery to the carrier. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to the carrier immediately.
