A wonderful example of a verdelho made from grapes sourced from the Heathcote and surrounding region. This wine is beautiful drinking now with a delightful combination of notes of passionfruit and melon but with enough minerality to give a strong backbone.

| Munari - 2008 - The Ridge Shiraz |
On the nose this wine shows aromas of spice, especially white pepper, earth and red fruit. The same characters follow on the palate. The wine is medium bodied with good texture, more red fruit characters and finishes with persistent spicy notes

| Munari - 2009 - Schoolhouse Red |
A blend of 51% cabernet, 40% shiraz and 10% petit verdot. An easy drinking mid-weight wine to enjoy in its youth. Subtle tones of violet and purple in colour. It has dusty, leafy cabernet characters mingling with bright red cherry shiraz fruit on the nose. The palate is mid weight, round and soft. Mint chocolate, vanilla oak and bright cherry fruit characters.

| Munari - 2009- The India Cabernet Sauvignon |
Broad in structure this wine displays mint chocolate character so typical of the finer reds from the central zone of Heathcote. In apperance it has a red rim and core. On the nose it is quite aromatic with mont choclate and eucalypt freshness. The palate is broad and soft with choclate, plum and mint characters, Fine tannins and a seamless soft finish.
